Qnap customers pay a lot of money for a NAS, 500 euro for a unlimited QVR Pro license and then this?! Shame on you.ĭear User, sorry for your inconvenience.
Qnap advertise as enterprise, this is buggy, instable and the worse part the support is un-professional, not knowing, like kindergarten.

Update both to latest version, still the iOS and Ubuntu app give a malfunction. Fine program, QVR Pro, but when you update the app on the NAS, it’s always a big question if both work.

Is this the “enterprise” software where QNAP stands for? The software and app’s with QNAP are written by kids, not professional programmers they are a real joke. After the update in December 2021 the app is total crap, instable, crashes, videofeed looks like looking photo’s…. QNAP shows itself as a high quality company but in fact it’s cheap Chi…. Totally unprofessional! QNAP, after a awful contact with your support department and a lot more problems with QTS 5 I’m completely done with the hard- and software of your company. The support is just awful, also if I report a bug QNAP doesn’t see it like a bug but all the time I hear “report to R&D as an feature request”. My response to the reaction of QNAP: I had multiple requests and contact with support, there is not enough knowledge or motivation to help a customer. Don’t ever buy QNAP but go for the other Taiwan NAS manufacturer! QNAP doesn’t like negative reviews and block the complete function of your system remotely. Updating is Russian Roulette, support worse I’ve seen in yearsīeware! Don’t complain to much, if QNAP discovers your serialnumber of the machine they remotely let your NAS crash! Multiple time a week the QNAP freezes after complaining to support about instable QTS5. Displays camera locations and event icons on E-maps to allow for comprehensive monitoring. Provides the option to click snapshots in event logs to play back previous events. Supports sending instant push notifications. Provides various advanced monitoring options: Sequential mode, PTZ control, auto cruising and preset point control. Supports switching instantly between the Live and Playback modes and clicking the timeline to play back recordings from a specific moment. Supports viewing multiple IP cameras connected to QVR Pro. QVR Pro 1.1.0 is required for querying event logs. The latest version of QTS 4.3.4 is required for enabling push notifications and activating licenses.
